Minimum Membership Standards
The following are the minimum requirements for membership to the Pilgrim Healers:-
Probationer / Trainee / Student Membership
This is the Criteria that must be met by all trainee students upon application:-
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Must be prepared to undertake the necessary level of training in order to become an approved Pilgrim Healers Group UK Healer /Therapist.
- Accept the Pilgrim Healers application, training, and development conditions.
- Agree to be bound by the Pilgrim Healers Rules, Code of Conduct, Code of Ethics and Disciplinary procedure conditions.
Approved Healer / Therapist Membership
This is the criteria that must be met by all qualified healers/Therapists upon application for direct entry to the Pilgrim Healers Group,
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Accept the Pilgrim Healers application conditions.
- Must demonstrate that they have undergone a period of training and development and have met with the previous association /organizations or training tutor/master’s standard of qualification required for full Healer/Practitioner status. Photo copies of the previous associations or training tutor/master’s full healer or qualified Spiritual, Reiki Healer, Reflexology, Aromatherapy or Indian Head Massage Practitioner certificate or qualification documentation must be submitted with the application as proof of qualification for direct full healer/practitioner status within the Pilgrim Healers Group UK.
- Agree to be bound by the Pilgrim Healers Rules, Code of Conduct, Code of Ethics and Disciplinary procedure conditions.
All applicants
Must understand their duty of care towards the public, the patient and members of the medical profession along with the legal framework within which they must operate.
Must provide the names and addresses of two people that will be prepared to complete a character reference questionnaire on behalf of the applicant.
All applicants must work towards upholding and maintaining the Pilgrim Healers reputation and standing throughout the whole of the healing movement including the medical profession, to which all members have worked so hard to build up.
Note: The Pilgrim Healers is not an umbrella healing organisation therefore any group of healers/practitioners that wish to join must join as individual members. Individual members can still remain as members of their previous healing/therapy group.
The benefit of individual membership is that should the individual member leave the previous healing/therapy group, they will still remain a Pilgrim Healer member and as such will still enjoy the benefits enjoyed by all Pilgrim Healer members.
